1. Processing & Shipping Timeline

Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in China.

Shipping Origin: Orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse network depending on product availability.

2. Shipping Destinations, Costs & Times

Destinations: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, carrier availability and destination country import restrictions may apply. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Shipping Costs: We offer a single, standard global shipping service. The cost is a flat rate determined solely by the total weight of your order, as shown during checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery Time Estimates: The table below provides general estimates from the date of dispatch for our shipping service. This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For all international orders:

Recipient‘s Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes (VAT, GST, etc.), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

No Control Over Charges: PLC ERA has no control over these charges and cannot determine their amount. Charges are determined by your local customs authorities based on the value and classification of the goods.

Recommendation: We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order to avoid surprises upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

Shipment Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier‘s tracking website.

Using Your Tracking: You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate after you receive the notification.

Delivery Attempts: The carrier will typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. Failure to receive the package may result in it being returned to us, subject to additional return shipping fees.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update shipping costs, carriers, delivery estimates, and this policy as needed. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
