Festo VAK-1/4 is a pneumatic vacuum generator based on the Venturi principle. It generates vacuum using compressed air and is designed for material handling, pick-and-place, and workpiece transportation applications. The T-shaped die-cast aluminium housing provides robust mechanical strength. With a 1 mm de Laval nozzle, the ejector achieves an 80 % vacuum capacity. An integrated pneumatic ejector pulse releases workpieces safely and reliably after transport. The unit operates with compressed air to ISO 8573‑1:2010 [7:4:4] within a pressure range of 1.5 bar to 10 bar. Through‑hole mounting supports flexible installation.
