1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

  • Any free gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

The following items are non-returnable (unless defective):

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, software downloads).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account, go to "Order History," find the relevant order, and click "Request a Return."

  2. Select the reason for your return and submit the request.

  3. Our customer service team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address within 1-2 business days.

  4. Ship the item to the provided address, including the RMA number visibly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. 

  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to send the item back to you at your cost, or issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate "Exchange" and specify the desired replacement product in your return request. After receiving and inspecting the original item, we will ship the replacement if it is in stock.
