Welcome to PLC ERA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://plcera.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products ("Products") from us.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Shipping details are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. This does not affect your rights under our Return Policy for defective items or our obligation to assist with carrier claims for damage in transit.

  • This allocation of risk is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, which may provide that the risk remains with us until you actually receive the Products.

5. Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing. Returns typically require pre-authorization (RMA). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in that policy.

Our (i.e., KERNAL AUTOMATION CO., LIMITED‘s) total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
