Installation Notes:

  1. Position the base vertically above the installed units (adapter, power supply, or existing module)

  2. Slide the base down, allowing the interlocking side pieces to engage the adjacent installed unit

  3. Press firmly to seat the base on the DIN rail until it snaps into place

  4. Verify that the DIN-rail locking screw is in a horizontal, locked position before inserting an I/O module

  5. To remove a base: squeeze the module locking mechanism of the module to the right, pull up to remove the module, turn the orange locking screw to a vertical position, and slide the base up

  6. For spring-clamp wiring, insert a bladed screwdriver (3 mm diameter) to latch and unlatch the wire
