Its extremely compact stainless steel housing (outer diameter 1.5 mm, M3 thread) and high‑flex fiber cable allow installation in tight, space‑constrained machinery where conventional sensors cannot fit. Capable of detecting objects as small as a 0.005 mm diameter gold wire, it delivers high‑precision detection for quality control, part presence verification, and alignment tasks. The 1 m free‑cut fiber cable (ø1.3 mm × 2) is not user‑cuttable to ensure consistent optical performance. Minimum bend radius R4 mm (high‑flex) for routing in cable carriers and compact assemblies. Ambient temperature range –40 °C to +70 °C supports installation in harsh environments.
