The Original New Mitsubishi FX2N-2DA is a 2-channel analog output block from the MELSEC-F FX2N series, designed to convert 12-bit digital values into precise analog voltage or current outputs for controlling variable frequency drives, proportional valves, and other analog field devices. Each channel can be independently configured for voltage (0–10 V DC, 0–5 V DC) or current (4–20 mA DC) output, providing flexible integration with a wide range of industrial equipment. The module communicates with the PLC via buffer memory (BFM) using TO instructions and connects through a screw-clamp terminal block. With a conversion speed of 4 ms per channel, 2.5 mV voltage resolution, and 4 µA current resolution, the FX2N-2DA delivers reliable analog control for process monitoring and machine automation. This product has been discontinued by Mitsubishi Electric, with the recommended successor being the FX3U-4DA or FX5-4DA for new designs.
