Mitsubishi Electric FX5‑4AD is a 4‑channel analog input intelligent function module for the MELSEC iQ‑F series (FX5U, FX5UC, FX5UJ). It connects to the right side of the CPU module and converts analog signals from sensors and field devices into digital values for process monitoring and control. Built‑in functions include scaling, range switching, digital clipping, alert output, and error history. Controlled via buffer memory (BFM), the module supports data logging for applied applications.
