The Original New Mitsubishi QY80 is a 16-point transistor output module (source type) from the MELSEC-Q series, designed for high-speed switching of DC loads in industrial automation systems. It features photocoupler isolation, a rated load voltage of 12–24 V DC, and a maximum load current of 0.5 A per point with 4 A per common. The module includes a built-in fuse with blow indication (LED and signal output to CPU) and a Zener diode surge suppressor for enhanced reliability. Its 18-point screw terminal block provides secure field wiring, and the compact 27.4 mm width allows efficient use of panel space. As part of the Q series platform, it integrates directly into Q series base units and is compatible with QnU, QnH, and other Q series CPU modules.
