The Original New Omron CJ1W-AD04U is a universal analog input unit for the SYSMAC CJ series programmable logic controller (PLC) platform, designed to handle a wide variety of input types in a single module. It accepts platinum resistance thermometer (Pt100, JPt100, Pt1000), thermocouple (K, J, T, L, R, S, B), voltage (0–10 V, 0–5 V, 1–5 V), and current (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA) signals, with each of the 4 channels individually configurable. Featuring 1/12000 resolution and 250 ms conversion time for all 4 channels, this isolated-type unit prevents unwanted current paths between input channels. Part of the CJ-series Special I/O Unit family, it is fully compatible with CJ1, CJ2, and NJ series CPU units. The module includes process value alarms (2 per input), scaling for voltage/current inputs, zero/span adjustment during operation, input error detection, and ON-delay timer with hysteresis for alarm functionality.
