The Original New Omron NX-EC0222 is a 2-channel incremental encoder input unit for the NX series I/O system, designed for high-speed position and speed feedback in motion control and precision automation applications. It accepts PNP encoder signals with a maximum single-phase input frequency of 500 kHz (phase differential x4: 125 kHz) and a Phase Z reference pulse frequency of 125 kHz. The unit supports Free-Run, Synchronous, and Task period prioritized refreshing methods, ensuring flexible integration with various control architectures. The 12 mm slim form factor and screwless push-in terminal block enable high-density panel mounting and tool‑free wiring.
