The Original New Omron NX-EIC202 is an EtherNet/IP coupler unit for the NX series I/O system, designed to connect up to 63 NX I/O units to an EtherNet/IP network as a single slave node. Featuring two RJ45 Ethernet ports with a built‑in Layer 2 switch, it supports line, tree, and star network topologies. The coupler provides up to 504 bytes of I/O data per connection, supports local safety integration with mixed standard and safety I/O units, and delivers a maximum I/O power supply current of 10 A. Screwless push‑in terminal blocks for unit and I/O power supply, plus included end cover, simplify wiring and installation. The NX-EIC202 is configurable via Sysmac Studio and provides USB connectivity for fast, direct PC connection. It is part of the NX series for EtherNet/IP communication coupler systems.
