SICK KTX Prime is a high‑precision contrast sensor for detecting colour marks and registration points on fast‑moving materials. KTX‑WS91141242ZZZZ has a sensing distance of ≤ 13 mm (± 5 mm tolerance) and uses an RGB LED light source (emission from the long side of the housing). The vertical 0.9 mm × 3.8 mm light spot makes contrast detection reliable even on glossy or uneven surfaces. Switchable push‑pull output (PNP/NPN compatible) and flexible teach‑in modes (1‑point, 2‑point, dynamic, auto) allow optimisation to different material and application conditions. Seven‑segment display for direct parameter feedback and IP67 VISTAL® plastic housing.
