SICK RLY3‑OSSD200 is an evaluation unit for safety sensors with OSSD outputs (e.g. light curtains, safety laser scanners). The evaluation unit monitors incoming OSSD signals from the connected sensor and switches two positively‑guided enabling current paths (NO) in the event of a fault, stopping the machine safely with Stop Category 0 (IEC 60204‑1). It features two safety inputs, two application diagnostic outputs (semiconductor, push‑pull, short‑circuit protected) and one test pulse output. Reset modes: manual or automatic. External device monitoring (EDM) function ✔. Front connector with spring terminals for tool‑free wiring. Compact DIN rail housing (width 18 mm). Safety‑related parameters: SIL 3 (IEC 61508), Category 4 (ISO 13849‑1), PL e (ISO 13849‑1), PFHD 1.0 x 10⁻⁹, mission time 20 years.
