SICK WF2‑40B410 is a miniature optical‑fork sensor for non‑contact detection of small objects, labels, web edges and transparent materials without requiring alignment. Emitter and receiver are factory‑aligned inside the same housing for immediate operation. A fork width of 2 mm and fork depth of 42 mm are combined with a 0.2 mm minimum detectable object and a fast 100 µs response time, making this sensor suitable for high‑speed detection tasks in packaging, printing, material handling and automation lines. Integrated plus/minus buttons allow sensitivity and switching mode adjustment on‑site.
