The Original New Siemens 6SL3055-0AA00-5BA3 SINAMICS S120 SMC20 Sensor Module is a cabinet-mounted encoder evaluation module for the SINAMICS S120 modular drive system. It converts signals from incremental encoders (Sin/Cos 1Vpp) and absolute encoders (EnDat 2.1, SSI with incremental signals) into DRIVE-CLiQ format for transmission to the Control Unit. Motor temperature monitoring via KTY84-130, Pt1000, or PTC thermistors is integrated. The module supports a maximum encoder frequency of 500 kHz with 14-bit interpolation (16384×) and SSI baud rates up to 1000 kBaud. 30 mm width. This version is supplied without a DRIVE-CLiQ cable.
